Project Notice and Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. About BLUNAVIS

BLUNAVIS is an independent aerospace project and brand under development, focused on aircraft concepts, unmanned aviation, cargo transportation and related technologies.

BLUNAVIS has not yet been incorporated as a legal entity.

These Terms govern access to and use of https://www.blunavis.com, which presents the project, its concepts, visual materials and potential applications.

References to BLUNAVIS in these Terms refer to the project and brand, not to an incorporated company.

2. Scope and use of the website

The website is intended to provide general information about BLUNAVIS and its aerospace activities.

You may access and view the website for personal information and legitimate business evaluation, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a separate agreement requires express acceptance, that acceptance must be obtained separately.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

These Terms do not replace any separate written agreement, confidentiality agreement or contract entered into with the relevant authorised party.

3. Informational purpose

The website is provided for general informational and project-presentation purposes only.

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement with the relevant authorised contracting party, nothing on the website constitutes:

  • An offer to sell or supply an aircraft, product or service.
  • A commitment to design, develop, manufacture, certify, deliver, maintain or operate an aircraft.
  • A binding quotation, tender, procurement proposal or commercial undertaking.
  • An investment offer or invitation to invest.
  • Certified engineering data, operational instructions or professional safety or regulatory advice.
  • A guarantee that a proposed project, aircraft, technology or milestone will be completed, approved, certified or commercially deployed.

Any future commercial relationship will be subject to separate negotiations, applicable law and definitive written agreements.

4. Preliminary technical information

The website may contain preliminary concepts, illustrations, renderings, specifications, performance estimates, dimensions, weights, payloads, ranges, speeds, propulsion assumptions, cost estimates and development milestones.

Unless expressly identified as final and made binding under a separate written agreement, this information is indicative, may change without notice and must not be treated as verified or certified aircraft data.

Images and renderings may represent proposed designs rather than existing or operational aircraft.

Website content must not be used as the sole basis for designing, manufacturing, modifying, maintaining or operating an aircraft, or for making safety-critical engineering, financial or regulatory decisions. Appropriate technical validation, approved documentation and applicable authorisations remain necessary.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

5. Intellectual property

The BLUNAVIS name, logos, visual identity, website design, text, photographs, illustrations, aircraft renderings, diagrams, presentations, design concepts, technical descriptions and other project materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

These materials belong to their respective rights holders or are used under applicable permissions or licences. Rights may be transferred or licensed to a future legal entity through appropriate legal arrangements.

Unless permitted by law or authorised in writing by the relevant rights holder, you must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, publish or distribute protected project materials.
  • Modify, adapt, sell or commercially exploit those materials.
  • Use BLUNAVIS branding in a manner that falsely suggests approval, endorsement, ownership, affiliation or partnership.
  • Represent BLUNAVIS concepts, designs or materials as your own.
  • Use website materials to mislead others about the identity, status or activities of the project.

Access to the website does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant a general licence to use BLUNAVIS materials.

All rights are reserved to the relevant rights holders, subject to rights and exceptions provided by law.

6. Enquiries and communications

The briefing form on the contact page sends the details you enter to contact@blunavis.com. There is no newsletter.

For general enquiries, you may contact contact@blunavis.com.

Sending an email or business proposal does not, by itself, establish a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or contractual commitment, or create an obligation to respond.

Unless confidentiality is required by law or agreed in a separate written agreement, you should not assume that information sent by email will be treated as confidential.

Please do not send classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive or third-party confidential information through general email correspondence unless you are authorised to do so and appropriate arrangements are in place.

Submitting an idea or proposal does not automatically transfer ownership of your intellectual property. Any rights, permissions or obligations are determined by applicable law and any relevant agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the website:

  • For unlawful purposes.
  • To gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
  • To interfere with the website’s security, operation or availability.
  • To introduce malware or other harmful code.
  • To extract or scrape content in a manner that breaches applicable law or these Terms.
  • To infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
  • To misrepresent your affiliation with, ownership of or authorisation from BLUNAVIS.

Nothing in this section restricts activities permitted by mandatory law.

8. Website availability and accuracy

Reasonable care is taken in preparing and maintaining website content. However, the website and its content may not always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted or error-free.

Content may be corrected, changed, suspended or removed without notice, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the relevant website operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, temporary unavailability or reliance on preliminary information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law or affects mandatory rights available to users.

9. Third-party websites

The website may contain links to external websites or services. These links are provided for convenience and information.

BLUNAVIS does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Visiting an external website is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

10. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies or similar technologies are described in the following policies:

These policies should be read alongside these Terms. They do not replace any applicable legal obligations relating to personal data, cookies or consent.

11. Changes to the website and these Terms

The website and its content may be updated, suspended, restricted or discontinued as the project develops, subject to applicable law.

These Terms may also be revised to reflect changes in the project, website functionality or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on the website with its revision date. Changes will take effect subject to applicable law and any applicable notice or acceptance requirements.

If a company is incorporated in the future, its incorporation alone will not mean that it has assumed obligations previously incurred by another person. Any transfer or assumption of obligations must be legally effective.

12. Applicable law

These Terms are intended to be governed by Belgian law, subject to applicable European Union law and mandatory legal provisions that cannot be excluded.

Disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable Belgian and European rules.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights, statutory protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
